s each event is unlike any other - we create a seasonal selection of menu suggestions that will match
your preferences and plans for the day.

We do not have ‘standard or set menus’ - but instead design a selection that may be based around
traditional old favourites or perhaps bring in a more contemporary influence.

We source as much as we can locally, from well known small boutique growers - people that are
equally passionate about their products. We love our defined seasons and the things that make the
southern South Island region unique - whether it is harvested from the land or sea - these ingredients have helped to put our region on the map.
